The city's two major commercial airports, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) , are both busy, urban airfields. There are 44 million people traveling through Houston's airports, so they are up to the task of getting you and your student in and out of the city.
Once in Houston, it is easy to get downtown or to campus by taxi or the Houston Professional Airport Shuttle.. The METRORail system offers students convenient, accessible service within the heart of the city between downtown Houston and Reliant Park, including the Museum District and the Texas Medical Center. Many students use their discount Passport to Houston passes to travel downtown to attend a concert, visit a museum exhibition or dine in one of the many restaurants.
